and ho, the dirigible is alive!
i cannot believe the person who sold us to it sold it to us with an 11-year-old battery in it. what even!
but yes, on the bright side, my lovely diri is back to functioning. i may give her a thorough cleaning-out tomorrow.
i am rather obsessively attached to my car. at least to the point of talking to her and thinking she has a personality. weird, but whatever.
my aloo palak ended up being more of an aloo palak paneer, because i wound up putting goat cheese in it [sadly no actual paneer], but anyway…yum!
the whole house smells wonderfully like curry now. happy.

Oh, yes, definitely. I just have to scrounge up the materials. Pieces like this are a lot more one of a kind than my chainwork stuff, so once I find the proper materials I’ll definitely be making more.

while i was out today i saw an advertisement for a portrait studio called grynn & barrett, inc. clever, clever.
kind of made my day.
between both of my parents making grocery shopping trips today, we now have garlic, spinach, potatoes, onions, and curry powder, so i’m going to half-ass some improvised aloo palak for dinner tonight. probably with some jeera chawal to go along with it.
indian food is so much fun to cook. and to eat. yum! :D

i really need to redye my hair before friday
